Full Job Description Job Summary:

As we continue to expand, we are seeking a talented and experienced Customer Support Representative to join our team. This is a challenging and rewarding career opportunity for a highly motivated individual with a passion for client support.
Job Responsibilities:
Receive and review customer orders via email, phone, or online platforms. Accurately enter order details, including product information, pricing, and shipping details, into our order processing system. Communicate with customers and internal teams to clarify order requirements and address any questions or concerns. Collaborate with sales, manufacturing and logistics teams to prioritize and expedite order fulfillment based on customer requirements. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone and email. Provide accurate information about products/services and assist with order-related questions. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer experience and provide feedback to the relevant departments.
Qualifications:
3-Years experience in Customer Support. 1-Year Customer Support experience in a distribution environment. 1-Year Customer experience in a B2B customer support role. Superior customer support skills Have excellent written and verbal communication skills, display professionalism and customer focus. Must possess a high attention to detail.
