This role is fully onsite, Monday-Friday. The hourly rate is up to $22/hr. The Mortgage Customer Service Representative will serve as the primary point of contact for borrowers, assisting with account inquiries, payment questions, loan information, and general account maintenance. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide professional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Answer inbound customer calls and respond to email inquiries regarding mortgage accounts. Assist borrowers with questions related to payments, escrow accounts, statements, balances, and account updates. Research and resolve customer concerns while ensuring a positive customer experience. Document customer interactions accurately within company systems. Communicate with internal departments to resolve account issues and provide timely updates. Maintain accurate account records and customer information. Follow company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines. Meet quality and productivity standards while delivering outstanding service. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Previous customer service experience A MUST!. Mortgage, banking, lending, or financial services experience preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to handle a high volume of customer interactions professionally. Strong problem-solving and organizational skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data entry systems. Ability to work onsite Monday through Friday in Tempe. Interested? Apply now!
Pay Details:
