• , is hiring Customer Service Representatives to support its growing operations in Tempe, AZ. This is a fulltime, onsite role offering paid training, weekly pay, and longterm career potential. Location

• Role Overview
• Inbound call center environment (approximately 7 calls per hour)
• Calls are primarily in Spanish; bilingual candidates preferred, but nonbilingual candidates are also considered
• Soft collections focused on earlystage delinquency (less than 60 days past due)
• Assist homeowners by answering questions and outlining options to bring mortgage accounts current
• No aggressive collections; accounts over 60 days delinquent are handled by a separate team
• No prior mortgage or call center experience required; extensive training is provided Schedule
• Training (first 2 weeks):
• 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

• After Training:

• 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Includes scheduled breaks and a 30minute lunch. Training, Equipment & Pay
• Paid training covering mortgage products, systems, and processes
• Companyprovided laptop and full workstation setup
• $21/hour

• Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
