Job Description

Role Description:
Customer Experience Team Member and Swim Instructor (we train in house) We're looking for a proactive team player to join our Customer Experience (CE) and Aquatics Team! As the face of DeMont, you'll help shape first impressions, build trust with families, and ensure every interaction reflects our 'DeMont Way.' In this role, you'll partner with the Customer Experience Director to keep everything from family outreach to retail and facility upkeep running smoothly. Like every member of the DeMont family, you'll also dive into the water as a trained swim instructor, helping us foster the safe, fun, and values-driven environment where every child and parent feels right at home. Support the Customer Experience Director in managing the "behind-the-scenes" magic - from streamlining enrollments and reporting to crafting creative family outreach that keeps our community connected. Be the

Serve as a primary point of contact for our families, ensuring every interaction is warm, helpful, and reflects our commitment to excellence. Dive into

Share the joy of swimming by teaching lessons, while also taking pride in our "home" by assisting with daily facility upkeep to keep our environment sparkling and safe. Champion the

Pay:
$18.70 - $21.60 per hour
