Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in personResolve product or service issues promptly and professionallyProcess orders, returns, and exchanges accuratelyMaintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM systemsEscalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams as neededProvide product/service information and recommendationsFollow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and issue resolutionMeet or exceed performance metrics (response time, resolution rate, customer satisfaction)
