Why You'll Love Working Here Supportive, team-first culture where everyone has your back Fast-paced environment that keeps things exciting Opportunity to grow your career in property management Great bonus opportunities based on performance A role where no two days are the same What You'll Do Customer Experience Welcome and assist residents and prospective residents in person and over the phone Be the go-to person for questions, concerns, and service requests Provide a positive and professional experience at every interaction Help create a welcoming, community-driven environment Assist with resident events and engagement Sales & Support Engage with prospective residents and provide helpful information about the community Give tours and highlight what makes the property stand out Guide applicants through the process and follow up as needed Office & Operations Manage calls, emails, and daily office flow Keep the office organized, clean, and inviting Handle administrative tasks like data entry and file management Marketing & Outreach Help keep listings fresh and accurate online Support marketing efforts and community outreach Stay informed on competitors and local market trends Property & Maintenance Coordination Walk units and ensure they are move-in ready Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up on completion What Success Looks Like Providing excellent customer service that keeps residents happy Creating positive experiences that lead to leases and renewals Maintaining strong occupancy and community reputation Earning bonuses by meeting and exceeding goals What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent required 3-6 months of customer service or sales experience preferred Strong communication and people skills Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills What Sets You Apart You're confident, outgoing, and love talking to people You build trust quickly and handle situations professionally You're motivated, reliable, and take pride in your work You enjoy helping people and being part of a team If you're ready to bring your energy, personality, and drive to a company that values you, we want to meet you.
