Job Summary Join our growing team at a Farmers Insurance agency in Yuma, Arizona as an Insurance Sales Producer. In this role, you'll help grow the district by building strong relationships and providing personalized insurance solutions to individuals. This is a great opportunity for motivated, goal-oriented individuals who thrive in a fast-paced sales environment and want to make a real impact by helping clients protect what matters most. Duties Follow up on leads and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients Manage applications, client records, and daily activity using CRM systems Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and assisting clients with policy changes or concerns Stay up to date on Farmers Insurance products, services, and industry guidelines (training provided) Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build trust and long-term client relationships Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus for serving the Yuma community Basic computer skills and ability to manage follow-ups and documentation Arizona P&C insurance license (or willingness to obtain - licensing assistance can be provided) Why Join Farmers Insurance - Yuma?
