9 per hour Well-established healthcare company in search of Benefits Investigation Specialists to join their team! Searching for individuals with prior healthcare-based customer service experience. This company offers a variety of schedules to choose from, benefits, and weekly pay! This is a full onsite role! This is a temporary, contract role lasting anywhere from 3-6+ months.
Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound phone calls to verify patient insurance coverage
  • Identify any payer coverage restrictions
  • Document prior authorization and appeals protocols
  • Communicate regularly with internal and external parties
Requirements:
  • 1+ year(s) of experience in a healthcare or call center based role
  • Previous experience working in benefits verification a plus
  • Excellent communication skills
