Our team works in a fast-paced, supportive environment where teamwork and compassion are essential. Schedule Must be available to work Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, with occasional Saturdays as needed. Compensation $20.00

Job Summary The Client Service Representative (CSR) is the first and last point of contact for our clients and plays an important role in creating a positive experience for pets and their owners. This position is ideal for someone who is a fast learner, strong multitasker, and comfortable working in a very busy reception environment. Responsibilities Greet clients and their pets and provide friendly customer service Answer phones and schedule appointments Manage client communications including reminders and follow-ups Maintain accurate client and patient records Process payments and assist with check-in and check-out Communicate effectively with doctors and technicians to support patient care Help maintain an organized and welcoming front desk Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Basic computer and scheduling software skills Veterinary or medical office experience preferred but not required Working Conditions Fast-paced veterinary clinic environment Occasional lifting up to 40 pounds may be required At AmeriVet, we're committed to your growth, development, well-being, and success.
