Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Retention Specialist to join our team in Anaheim. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty by developing strategies to retain existing clients. This position requires strong communication skills, project management capabilities, and the ability to analyze customer feedback effectively. Hourly pay + bonus structure. Duties Develop and implement retention strategies aimed at reducing churn and increasing customer loyalty. Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement. Negotiate with clients to resolve issues, ensuring their concerns are addressed promptly. Assist with projects related to customer retention initiatives, ensuring timely execution and evaluation of results. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create targeted campaigns that engage existing customers. Communicate effectively with multilingual clients, utilizing English and Spanish as needed. Requirements Proven experience in project management within a customer-focused environment. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Excellent negotiation skills, capable of handling difficult conversations with professionalism. Proficiency in English is required; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is highly desirable. Strong background in customer service with a passion for enhancing the client experience.
