We're looking for a motivated, upbeat, and people-loving Customer Service & Sales Associate to join our team! This role is the heartbeat of our front office — greeting customers, making outbound calls, creating positive experiences, and helping our distributors and clients get exactly what they need. If you're someone who enjoys being helpful, professional, and solution-focused (with a bit of hustle in your step), we want to meet you! What You'll Be Doing Customer Engagement & Sales Greet customers with a smile — be the friendly face they see when we open! Assist walk-in customers and answer phone/email inquiries with top-notch service. Provide product knowledge, pricing, and quotes confidently and clearly. Make outbound calls to customers, clients, and leads — you're not afraid to dial! Research potential clients and support sales growth opportunities. Front Desk Communication Be the go-to contact for customers, clients, and partners. Answer calls quickly and follow up on voicemails daily. Keep the office professional, welcoming, and organized. Office Organization & Admin Keep common areas, restrooms, and office machines tidy and clean daily. Maintain a neat workspace and assist with basic admin tasks as needed. What We're Looking For Excellent customer service and outbound phone skills Confident communicator who can explain quotes and options clearly Friendly, positive, and professional at all times Strong organizational and multitasking skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
