Job Description
Part-Time Customer Service Representative Harbor Home Warranty is looking for a friendly and dependable Customer Service Representative to join our team.
Hours:
Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM Job Duties- Handle both inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist customers with questions about their home warranty policy, coverage, and account information.
- Follow up with existing customers regarding their policy and account.
- Help customers understand the value and benefits of their home warranty plan.
- Update customer information and maintain accurate records.
- Provide excellent customer service and a positive experience on every call. Qualifications
- Customer service experience is required.
- Must be confident, friendly, and professional on the phone with excellent communication skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel .
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn. What We Offer
