Position Overview We are seeking an energetic, customer-focused Customer Service & Sales Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, has a strong understanding of off-road vehicles and products, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who can confidently assist customers through phone, email, and in-person interactions while helping guide them toward the right solutions for their vehicles. Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries from our e-commerce website via phone, email, and online messaging platforms Assist walk-in customers with product selection, vehicle build recommendations, and general inquiries Prepare and write estimates for vehicle installations and upgrades Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale Coordinate with sales, service, and warehouse teams to ensure a smooth customer experience Follow up with customers regarding quotes, orders, and service appointments Maintain product knowledge on off-road, overland, suspension, lighting, recovery, and vehicle accessory products Help maintain showroom appearance and merchandising displays Support order processing and customer account management as needed Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills High-energy, positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills Passion for and understanding of the off-road, overland, and truck enthusiast community Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Basic computer proficiency and comfort learning new software systems Preferred Qualifications Service writing experience in automotive, powersports, RV, marine, or related industries Prior customer service or sales experience Knowledge of off-road vehicles, suspension systems, overlanding equipment, and aftermarket accessories Why Join Underland Offroad?
