Customer Service Schedule:
Full-time, Monday-Friday Shift Hours:
6:30 AM•3:00 PM or 7:00 AM•3:30 PM ________________________________________ Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to join our team. This role is critical in providing customer service and administrative support to our Dealer and OEM representatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately processing sales documentation, supporting sales representatives, and ensuring seamless communication between customers, sales staff, and internal teams. This position requires exceptional attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a professional, customer-focused approach. ________________________________________
Key Responsibilities Sales Order & Work Order Processing:
Enter, review, and process sales orders, work orders, quotations, and RMAs with a high degree of accuracy.
Customer Service:
Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate staff member while maintaining a professional and helpful demeanor.
Sales Support:
Email confirmations to customers, track order progress, and support sales representatives with administrative needs.
Database Management:
Accurately enter notes, updates, and order details into the ACT database.
Documentation:
Verify data for accuracy, identify and correct errors, and maintain organized digital and paper files.
Multitasking & Coordination:
Balance multiple tasks and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment, ensuring deadlines and customer needs are consistently met. ________________________________________
Qualifications Required Skills & Experience:
o Proven data entry experience with a low error rate. o Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively. o Excellent written and verbal communication skills. o High attention to detail with the ability to check and correct mistakes independently. o Customer service experience in a business or office setting preferred.
Technical Skills:
