Full Job Description Overview:

Seeking an outgoing and customer-focused Showroom Sales Representative to assist customers with thier remodel project. This role involves helping walk-in customers, preparing quotes and 2D/3D layouts, answering product questions, and following up on leads to close sales. The position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and thrives in a fast-paced showroom environment.

Hours:

Tues. - Sat. 8 am-4:30 pm

Pay:

Base $20/hr + 2%

Commission Responsibilities:

Greet and assist showroom customers Help clients select cabinetry, hardware, and related project products Prepare quotes, estimates, and cabinet designs Follow up with leads and existing customers Build relationships with contractors, designers, and homeowners Generate new sales through walk-in customers, referrals, contractors, and outbound prospecting. Understand cabinet product lines, materials, finishes, accessories, and installation requirements.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of sales experience Retail, showroom, and customer service background Strong communication and organization skills Comfortable using computers (Word, Excel, data entry) Ability to multitask and work independently Available to work

Saturdays Preferred:

Spanish speaking Cabinet design experience Experience with KCD Design software is a plus
