Customer Service Representative

Specialized Recruiting Group is seeking a Customer Service Representative for an immediate opening with a growing company in Irwindale, CA. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service over the phone and through email communication.

Compensation:

$22.00 - $24.00 per hour (DOE)

Schedule:

Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM | On-site Key Responsibilities Handle high-volume inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, order status, and account information Accurately enter and update customer information, orders, and service requests into the system Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and discrepancies in a timely and professional manner Provide outstanding customer service while maintaining professionalism and empathy during all interactions Communicate effectively with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-up activities Meet productivity, response time, and quality standards in a fast-paced call center environment Qualifications Bilingual Spanish preferred Previous call center or customer service experience required Strong phone communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer applications Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities Dependable, professional, and customer-focused attitude About Specialized Recruiting Group Specialized Recruiting Group takes an individualized approach to professional placement, delivering personalized service tailored to both our clients and candidates.
