Temporary Customer Service Representative (1-3 Month Assignment) Westwood Laboratories - 2.5 Azusa, CA Job Details Temporary $23 - $27 an hour 20 hours ago Qualifications Customer communication Teamwork ERP systems Manufacturing facility Attention to detail Organizational skills Productivity software Manufacturing Full Job Description Position Overview Westwood Laboratories is seeking a Temporary Customer Service Representative to provide coverage during an employee's leave of absence. This assignment is expected to last between one (1) and three (3) months , depending on business needs and the employee's return date. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced customer service professional who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoys coordinating with customers and internal teams to ensure orders are processed accurately and on time. Essential Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts. Process purchase orders, order changes, and customer requests accurately and efficiently. Coordinate with Production, Planning, Quality, Shipping, and Sales to ensure timely order fulfillment. Communicate order status updates, lead times, and shipment information to customers. Resolve customer inquiries and escalate issues when appropriate. Maintain accurate records and documentation within the ERP and customer systems. Assist with special projects and administrative tasks as needed. Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism and urgency. Qualifications 2+ years of customer service, account coordination, or order management experience. Manufacturing or contract manufacturing experience is highly preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning ERP systems. Ability to work onsite in Azusa, California. Why Join Westwood?
