Job Description

HCI Communications is a sales and development firm that invests in people before expecting results. We're hiring a Customer Care Associate for our Bakersfield sales team. The Customer Care Associate specializes in affordable mobile solutions, learning to explain features and close sales, while knowing they helped our customer stay connected to what matters most. As a Customer Care Associate, you'll start with hands-on training to master every stage of the customer journey with affordable mobile solutions, from first contact to long-term satisfaction. As you advance, the Customer Care Associate mentors teammates to adopt a sales-growth mindset, ensuring the sales team continually improves. Every Customer Care Associate plays a role in supporting customer relationships while contributing to overall sales success. Role Responsibilities of the Customer Care Associate Connect with customers to understand their communication goals and introduce affordable mobile solutions that support everyday connectivity. Provide personalized assistance that helps customers feel informed, supported, and confident throughout their decision-making process. Create sales opportunities by identifying customer needs and matching them with appropriate mobile service options. Participate in customer engagement efforts that increase awareness of accessible communication services within the community. Maintain accurate customer interactions while supporting service-related inquiries and customer care objectives. Help drive sales performance by combining excellent customer service with solution-oriented conversations. Represent HCI Communications professionally as a Customer Care Associate during customer interactions and sales initiatives. Support team sales objectives by building trust and creating positive customer experiences. Contribute to sales growth through effective communication and relationship-building skills. Qualities of the Customer Care Associate Collaborative and willing to share knowledge to support the team and sales goals. Friendly and approachable personality that makes customers feel valued and heard. High level of integrity and reliability in all customer interactions and follow-ups. Strong problem-solving capabilities with a focus on finding fair and effective resolutions. Motivated to succeed as a Customer Care Associate in a customer-facing environment. Comfortable learning new sales techniques and adapting to evolving customer needs.
Pay:
$3,400.00 - $5,200.00 per month
