Job Description:
Our client is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. This individual will serve as a key point of contact for customers, delivering a high-quality, service-focused experience across multiple communication channels. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, solutions-driven, and committed to handling each interaction with professionalism, efficiency, and care. This role plays an important part in strengthening customer relationships, enhancing satisfaction, and supporting overall business performance.
Pay Rate:
$22-24/hour
Location:
Los Angeles, CA 90040
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week (onsite)
Employment:
Direct Hire Key Responsibilities Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels, ensuring a seamless experience Evaluate customer inquiries and concerns, utilizing internal guidelines and processes to deliver accurate and efficient resolutions Partner with internal teams, including inventory and planning, to confirm product availability and communicate updates clearly Leverage CRM, ERP, and reporting tools to access information, track interactions, and support customer needs Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues, improve processes, and contribute to overall team success Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with both internal stakeholders and external partners Continuously expand product knowledge to better support customer inquiries and provide informed solutions Support additional projects and responsibilities as needed Qualifications 2-3+ years of customer service experience, preferably within a B2B environment (apparel or footwear experience is a plus) Experience working with CRM systems, ERP platforms, and B2B tools Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively Proactive and resourceful problem-solver with a sense of urgency Collaborative team player with a flexible, adaptable approach Excellent written and verbal communication skills Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and time management abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office; advanced Excel skills are a plus
