This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, interacting with people, and helping connect candidates with job opportunities. The right candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask while maintaining professionalism under pressure. Key Responsibilities Assist applicants with completing employment applications Answer and manage incoming phone calls in a professional manner Recruit, screen, and onboard temporary employees Perform data entry and maintain accurate records Conduct frequent outbound calls (cold calling and follow-ups) Build relationships with candidates and clients Contact existing customers to generate repeat business Assist with dispatch, including preparing work tickets and assigning employees Provide basic PPE and direct employees to job site locations Assist with payroll processing and timekeeping Take and process customer job orders over the phone Support staffing needs for warehouse, construction, clerical, and skilled positions Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish (required) Previous recruiting or staffing experience is a plus Strong customer service and communication skills Comfortable making outbound calls and working in a high-volume environment Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Quick learner with strong problem-solving skills Requirements Must have a reliable vehicle and proof of auto insurance Must be able to work overtime when needed Must be available for alternating Saturdays Must pass a background check Work Environment Fast-paced staffing office High call volume and constant interaction with candidates and clients Team-oriented and goal-driven environment Apply Today!
