7am to 3:30pm Pay rate: $25.00 - $27.00 Our customer is a reputable and employee owned Aerospace Manufacturing company located in Brea. They are looking for an experienced and friendly Customer Service Rep to add to their team. Position Summary The Customer Service Representative / Quoting Specialist serves as the primary point of contact for customers, supporting both pre-sale and post-sale activities. This role is responsible for preparing and managing customer quotations, processing orders, resolving inquiries, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high levels of accuracy and professionalism. Key Responsibilities Customer Service Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and CRM systems. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. Resolve customer concerns, order issues, and service-related inquiries in a timely manner. Provide accurate product, pricing, availability, and order status information. Maintain customer records and interactions within the CRM system. Support customer retention through excellent service and proactive communication. Quoting & Sales Support Prepare, review, and deliver accurate customer quotations based on pricing guidelines and customer requirements. Coordinate with Sales, Product Management, and Operations teams to ensure quote accuracy and feasibility. Follow up on outstanding quotations and support conversion opportunities. Maintain quote documentation and pricing records within company systems. Assist with contract reviews, pricing updates, and special customer requests as required. Order Management Process customer orders accurately and efficiently. Review purchase orders for completeness and compliance with company requirements. Monitor order status and coordinate with Operations, Supply Chain, and Logistics teams to ensure timely fulfillment. Communicate order updates, delays, and changes to customers proactively. Support post-order activities, including order modifications, returns, credits, and issue resolution. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. 2+ years of customer service, quoting, order management, inside sales support, or related experience. Experience working with CRM and ERP systems preferred. (Salesforce or similar). Experience in a manufacturing, distribution, or B2B environment is an asset. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook. Accurate data entry and record management skills.
