A successful candidate will be responsible for providing customer service to multiple homeowners' associations. This is a full-time, non-exempt, in-office position based in Brentwood, CA, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM. Pay range is $21-$24/hour; direct experience is strongly preferred. How You'll Make an Impact Answer and resolve inbound calls and email correspondence with professionalism and a customer-first approach Coordinate and monitor work orders for community maintenance and repairs, ensuring accurate tracking and proactive follow up. Track and manage architectural applications submitted by homeowners Manage building key/gate remote distributions Prepare reports, bid documentation and other material. Compose and type routine correspondence to residents, service providers and other parties Type, distribute, and track monthly violation letters Respond to inquiries and requests from residents, realtors, mortgage lenders, title companies and owners regarding resale information, insurance matters and miscellaneous requests other than financial matters. Requirements What You Bring 2+ years of customer service experience Excellent verbal and written communication Bilingual is a plus+ High school Diploma or Equivalent Able to navigate Microsoft Office 365, Teams, CRM Software & SharePoint A professional phone presence and the ability to address complex interpersonal dynamics and respond to client needs Strong organization and multitasking abilities Operates with a high level of autonomy while maintaining a collaborative team-oriented approach.
