If you have a friendly, enthusiastic and professional attitude, we would like to talk to you! We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our pest control team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, managing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate customer records. You will serve as the first point of contact for our clients, assisting them with service requests, answering questions, and offering solutions to pest control-related issues.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer inbound customer calls and respond to inquiries about pest control services, pricing, and procedures. Provide knowledgeable assistance regarding pest control solutions, products, and treatment plans. Schedule service appointments and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and efficient service. Follow up with customers after service visits to ensure satisfaction and address any further concerns. Manage customer accounts , including updating contact information, logging service details, and processing payments. Handle customer complaints with professionalism and resolve issues promptly, escalating to management if necessary. Educate customers on preventive measures to minimize pest problems and encourage recurring services. Upsell services and products, when appropriate, based on customer needs. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and complaints in the company's CRM system. Collaborate with technicians and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
