Requirements :
Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.
Experience Required :
Minimum of 1-2 year(s) experience in customer service and/or general office work. Experience in the auto insurance claims is preferred but not required. Phone experience is mandatory.
Duties:
Build rapport with clients, to help ensure the specific needs of our clients are met. Handle an average of 70+ incoming calls and live chats from our website from adjusters, vehicle owners, appraisers, and body shops. Assist with open file management, document and communicate updates to clients. Respond promptly to customer needs. Manage difficult or emotional customer situations. Follow up calls whenever commitments are made to the client. Must be able to identify the complaint, offer a resolution, and set an expectation for resolution on complaint calls. Recognize and use judgment in escalating issues to management. Triage new information to the appropriate party/department. Handle emails and faxes in a timely manner. Prepare and maintain reports as needed.
