Our Engineering team designs, deploys and maintains systems, with innovative and next-generation workflows, for episodic and theatrical projects shot on virtually every camera technology, from 65mm film to the newest file-based 8K systems. Our production and artist teams facilitate the highest quality picture and audio finishing to support the creative vision. The Role The Client Services Representative provides a friendly and professional experience for visiting clients. Client Services is responsible for ensuring the lounge area is kept clean and well supplied, lunch and dinner orders for clients are taken care of, inventory of supplies, shared reception coverage as well as additional client service duties.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Answer phones and transfers to the appropriate party.
- Sign in clients and direct them to the appropriate location.
- Must be detail oriented and well organized.
- Stocking and maintaining of Client Lounge as well as multiple Employee Lounges with supplies such as: paper plates, plastic utensils, sugars, creamers, etc.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations during food preparation and service.
- Daily filling, cleaning and general maintenance of multiple coffee machines throughout the facility.
- Stock each color/edit room with supplies as needed.
- Taking weekly inventory for Client & Employee Lounge supplies.
- Placing, picking up and serving client meal orders.
- Ordering and picking up Client Services supplies (i.e. groceries).
- Managing and updating billing paperwork for the Client Services department.
- Support the Marketing team with credit lists for Finishing Colorists / Artists.
- Data entry and other duties that are necessary will be assigned. Requirements- Experience and Skills

- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Demonstrates initiative
- Must maintain minimum automobile liability insurance as required by California.
- Must maintain a valid driver's license, have access to a reliable, registered vehicle for work related travel (mileage will be reimbursed).
