We have partnered with one of the popular telecommunications brands to provide internet and wireless solutions to communities across Los Angeles. As we are expanding our business, we are actively hiring for motivated Customer Service Representatives dedicated to advancing our telecommunications event campaign. In this role, the Customer Service Representative will work directly with customers in assigned territory, promote wireless product and service offerings, answer customer questions, and support our sales team to achieve customer sales goals. Duties of the
Customer Service Representative:
Conduct face-to-face customer interactions at retail venues and event locations, helping individuals find wireless plans, devices, and connectivity solutions that fit their needs. Educate customers on available wireless service options in a professional and clear manner Through active listening, assess customer service needs and recommend appropriate wireless solutions that best fit their needs Guide customers through the full sales and enrollment process while ensuring that they receive positive customer experience Attend ongoing Customer Service Representative trainings designed to enhance your product knowledge, customer service and build confidence in the job Accurately document customer interaction and sales activity to ensure seamless tracking What We're Looking for in a

Confidence speaking face-to-face with customers Great communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Problem-solving mindset and positive attitude especially when handling customer questions Reliable transportation Openness to learn about telecommunications products and customer and sales strategies
