Job Description
We are a busy, multiple doctor, fast paced, growing practice. We are committed to providing quality medical care and maintaining a warm and welcoming environment. Candidates should be punctual, a team player, excel in client and team communication, and have the ability to maintain professionalism in a sometimes stressful environment. Applicants must have at least 1 year prior experience in a CSR role, preferably in a veterinary setting Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: management of a multi-doctor schedule managing multiple phone lines and responding to emails and texts processing and recording client payments assisting in updating and maintaining medical records accurately relaying client/patient information to appropriate parties maintaining general cleanliness of lobby and common areas Occasional animal handling may be required. Candidate must have the ability to lift 50 lbs and reliable transportation. Salary will be dependent on experience. Inquiries made by phone or in person will not be returned.
