Store Manager Job Summary :
Customer Service Associate (CSA) are responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to by processing orders and working collaboratively with all Purchase Green employees to successfully meet customer needs. Answers customer's artifical grass questions by phone, email, or in person.
Duties/Responsibilities :
Provide estimates, process invoices, and accept payment from customers. Track leads by entering information into the customer service program and setting follow-up dates. Calculate square footage, linear footage, area, circumference, volume, percentages, and discounts. Collect documentation and approve resale tax adjustments and/or contractor pricing discounts. Generate Bills of Lading (BOLs) and shipping documents. Review warranty claims and procedures. Have knowledge of products, pricing, sales, marketing, and customer trends. Communicate effectively in writing and orally with customers, vendors, and employees. Assist with warehouse duties such as operating a forklift and carpet cutting machine and maintenance with machinery. Assist with loading and unloading a truck. Maintain a safe and clean office and warehouse environment. Regular on-site attendance during business hours according to the work schedule. Other duties as assigned.

Paid Time Off Holiday Pay Requirements :
One year's sales experience of comparable customer service experience. Strong customer service skills with a positive, friendly, and upbeat attitude. Interpersonal skills, conducive to team building. Strong computer skills, especially in Word, Excel, and type 45 WPM. Knowledge of customer service management programs. Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
Physical Demands :
Remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods. Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. Can lift up to 50+ pounds alone
Work Environment :
Noice level in the work environment is moderate to frequently loud.
