Do you enjoy helping customers and being part of a fast-paced team environment? BTO Sports is looking for a Customer Service & Product Specialist to join our growing team in Camarillo, California. This role is ideal for someone who has strong communication skills, enjoys solving problems, and has knowledge of motocross gear, parts, accessories, and bikes. At BTO Sports, we are riders serving riders. We pride ourselves on delivering outstanding customer service while helping customers find the right products for their riding needs. What You'll Do Assist customers via phone, email, chat, and online support Help customers select the correct parts, gear, and accessories Resolve order issues, shipping questions, returns, and product inquiries Process and update customer orders within our systems Work closely with warehouse, purchasing, and sales teams Help maintain product knowledge across major motocross and off-road brands Support website product accuracy and customer feedback when needed Deliver a positive customer experience that builds long-term loyalty What We're Looking For Strong customer service and communication skills Passion for motocross, off-road, or powersports industry Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and team-first mentality Basic computer and typing skills Strong attention to detail and follow-through Prior experience in customer service, retail, e-commerce, or powersports is preferred Bonus Points If You Have Experience with motocross parts and gear fitment Shopify, Gorgias, or e-commerce platform experience Dealership or powersports industry background Riding or racing experience What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Employee discounts on products Opportunity for growth within a fast-growing company Fun, energetic team environment Full-time position located in Camarillo, CA If you love motocross and want to be part of a company that lives and breathes the sport, we'd love to hear from you.
