Customer Service Representative Camarillo, CA $22•23/hour (DOE) Full-Time |
Monday-Friday Shift Options:
7:30 AM•4:00 PM or 8:00 AM•4:30 PM (30-minute lunch) About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join a dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is passionate about delivering excellent service. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service by processing orders, returns, and repairs accurately Prepare and send invoices via email and mail Assist customers via phone, live chat, and e-commerce platforms with product questions, pricing, and order details Deliver first-level technical support and troubleshooting Coordinate with Shipping, Production, Accounting, and Quality teams as needed Track and manage customer repair orders through completion Support process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service quality Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards Qualifications High school diploma or GED required 1-2 years of customer support/customer service experience Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word) Experience with CRM/database systems Skills & Abilities Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage high call volumes in a fast-paced environment Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to use discretion and exercise independent judgment Team-oriented with the ability to adapt to changing priorities Capable of lifting/carrying up to 20 lbs Why Join Us?
