Position Overview We are hiring a Customer Service & Sales Specialist who understands motocross and can confidently help customers choose the right gear, parts, and accessories. This role blends customer support + sales , where your product knowledge directly impacts revenue and customer loyalty. Key Responsibilities Assist customers via phone, email, and chat Recommend products and drive sales through knowledgeable guidance Handle order issues, returns, and exchanges Educate customers on gear, fitment, and product compatibility Collaborate with warehouse and purchasing teams Maintain a high level of professionalism and responsiveness Qualifications 1-3+ years of customer service or sales experience Knowledge of motocross, dirt bikes, or powersports products Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Comfortable upselling and making product recommendations Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Preferred Experience Shopify, Gorgias, or eCommerce platforms Dealership, parts counter, or moto retail experience Familiarity with major motocross brands and gear

Pay:

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
