Through partnerships with industry-leading telecommunications providers such as AT&T, we help connect businesses with wireless, internet, and connectivity solutions that support their growth. As our team continues to expand in the area, we are looking for a motivated Wireless Customer Associate to join our growing team. This is a full-time, in-person position focused on building relationships with local businesses, introducing AT&T products and services, and supporting customers through the enrollment process. Whether you are looking to start a career in sales or build on previous customer-facing experience, this role offers hands-on training, professional development, and opportunities for advancement based on performance. What You'll Do as a Wireless Customer Associate Meet directly with local business owners and decision-makers to discuss AT&T wireless, internet, and connectivity solutions As a Wireless Customer Associate, learn customer needs and recommend services that align with their business goals Explain available products, promotions, pricing, and service options Assist customers with account enrollments, service upgrades, and new activations Maintain strong customer relationships through professional communication and follow-up Track daily sales activity and customer interactions accurately Work closely with Wireless Customer Associate team members and leadership to support territory growth and campaign goals Represent AT&T services professionally during all customer interactions What We're Looking For in a Wireless Customer Associate People who tend to do well in this role: Servers, bartenders, restaurant staff, hospitality professionals, retail associates, customer service reps, call center agents, front desk receptionists, and people with sports or fitness backgrounds. Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Comfortable speaking with customers and business professionals face-to-face Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Previous sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or client-facing experience is a plus but not required
