We pride ourselves on being able to offer transparent, all-inclusive, package-based pricing for surgery services. We are looking for a warm and professional team member to be the welcoming face of our clinic while providing clients with an elevated experience. The client service representative is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day activities of the veterinary surgical office. This includes maintenance of client and patient records, scheduling of patients, maintaining the appearance and order of the front office and exam rooms, presentation of treatment options, and payment collection. The CSR is responsible for creating a calm and streamlined visit for clients and their pets while tending to their needs. Strong organizational skills. Ability to work accurately in a detailed and time-sensitive environment Professional telephone manner. Answer incoming calls, make outbound calls, follow up with clients, confirm exams and consultations Strong customer service. Greeting clients and their pets on arrival and continuously checking on them throughout their visit. Go over treatments and estimates to help the client better understand the procedures and their costs. Excellent attention to detail. Capable of performing multiple tasks with changing priorities and ability to follow through to completion on all assignments. Ability to adapt to changing processes and to identify areas of improvement. Willingness and ability to learn with training provided
Education:
High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
Customer service: 2 year (Required) Experience in veterinary industry required
Hours:
Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday 7:30a-6:00p
