Customer Service Responsibilities:
Answer and manage 40+ customer calls and emails daily Troubleshoot client issues and provide solutions Collaborate with the customer support team Multitask in a fast-paced environment while delivering excellent customer service Utilize the ticketing system Utilize Word and Excel programs
Customer Service Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent Previous customer service experience preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Professional and friendly demeanor Basic computer and data entry skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
Schedule:
