Job Description

Seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to assist in processing customer shipments, data entry support for Operations and Warehouse department. Experience meet and check in drivers. Follow up on emails to update customers. Able to interact with internal amd external personnel. Ideal candidate will have the fofollowing.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 4:30PM Previous experience with as a Customer service/Logistics Coordinator with background in freight forwarding, CFS, Air Export. Experience with Sit Down Forklift is a PLUS. Strong Computer Knowledge, MS Word, Excel, WMS. Strong, professional communication and experienced with high level Customer Service background in 3PL Type 45 wpm Able to follow directions / procedure Organized and attention to detail Able to handle a fast paced work environment Data Entry Take ownership of job function Previous 3rd Party Logistics experience
