About the position:
Our team commitment and focus is service excellence, team efficiency and productivity, KPI management, assisting our customers.
  • You will act as the primary point of contact for a defined group of customers, taking ownership of their service experience, while developing strong relationships along the way.
  • Working closely with our branches around the country, your core operational responsibilities will be managing inbound / outbound Los Angeles LTL shipments to maximize profit while exceeding customer expectations.
  • Supported by our Sales team, you will assist in developing and implementing ideas that drive ongoing improvement, while also participating in customer business reviews.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office; MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook
  • Excellent customer service skills and assertive, dependable personality
  • Ability to maintain good working relationships with customers (external & internal), teammates, and management
  • Ability to work independently and/or collaborate in a team setting
