Our clients are regular people:

your barista, friend, neighbor, teacher, waiter, or cousin. We provide support for anyone whose mental health is negatively impacting their jobs, relationships, sleep, and overall well-being. Our practice focuses on empowering our clients to learn about their symptoms with no labels or judgment. 4. We start therapy with the primary goal of ending therapy. This means we prioritize a therapy approach where we target and track symptoms to successfully complete therapy with the tools necessary to live and be your best self. 5. We focus on cities that have a shortage of mental health providers to make sure everyone can have access to the support they need in their community. DUTIES

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients in a professional and friendly manner.
• Schedule and confirm client appointments.
• Maintain client records and ensure accuracy of information.
• Assist with billing and insurance claims processing.
• Coordinate referrals to other healthcare providers as needed.
• Handle incoming phone calls and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure smooth operations of the office.

Preferred Experience:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Previous experience in a medical office setting preferred.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and administrative support.
• Proficient in office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
