JOB STATEMENT
Process Classic Wines of California orders from both customers and sales staff. Ensure correct delivery and invoicing of orders. Prepare sales reports as required.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Answer incoming phone calls in a timely fashion and interact with customers and sales staff in an efficient and courteous manner at all times. Enter customer orders accurately. Assist customers with product recommendations as necessary during the order process. Monitor High Jump interface to ensure that handheld sales staff orders are transmitting into IFS system accurately. Communicate with customers and sales force to ensure order accuracy and investigate any discrepancies. Provide documentation when required. Schedule and coordinate logistics for chain customer case good orders. Process customer RMA paperwork and ensure compliance with ABC laws and regulations regarding the return of product. Communicate with A/R Department, customers and sales staff as necessary to reschedule credit blocked customer deliveries. Communicate with warehouse and / or delivery drivers regarding delivery discrepancies and perform daily audit of previous days delivery issues. Prepare customer invoices daily. Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports for sales staff and Finance Dept. as required. Prepare and send depletions reports to sales staff and suppliers. Special projects as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
Customer service experience 2-3 years
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Microsoft office to include, Word and Excel Communicate professionally with a variety of employees, customers and owners on a daily basis. Multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
