This is not an entry-level position. We're looking for a professional who understands the automotive repair industry, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can take ownership of the customer experience. Why Tedious Repairs? What You'll Be Doing Manage repair orders from start to finish using Tekmetric Communicate with customers through phone, text, email, and in person Review technician inspections and build accurate repair estimates Schedule and coordinate workflow across multiple technicians Follow up on pending approvals and customer questions Order parts and manage repair timelines Keep customers informed throughout the repair process Deliver an exceptional customer experience that builds trust and repeat business

What We're Looking ForRequired:

Previous Automotive Service Writer or Service Advisor experience Strong automotive repair knowledge and terminology Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong computer and typing skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Professional appearance and attitude

Preferred:

Experience using Tekmetric ( a major plus ) Experience with Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVIs) Sales and estimate-building experience Independent repair shop experience The Ideal Candidate You are someone who: Takes ownership instead of waiting for direction Keeps customers informed and confident Learns quickly and adapts to new systems Works well with technicians and management Maintains professionalism under pressure Understands that organization and communication are just as important as automotive knowledge Candidates with Tekmetric experience will receive priority consideration. Schedule Full-Time Monday - Friday No weekends.
