Full-time We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a customer service-oriented approach.
Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual Provide information to guests about our company and services Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendars Assist with administrative tasks as needed, such as data entry and filing Uphold customer privacy and confidentiality by ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies Maintain office security by following procedures and monitoring access Document customer interactions and inquiries, including details of complaints, comments, or suggestions, to improve service quality Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and continuously improve the customer service process
Requirements:
