Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Service/Warranty Administrator to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring customer satisfaction through effective management of service and warranty claims. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Process and administer warranty claims in accordance with company policies and manufacturer requirements. Communicate effectively with customers, service technicians, and manufacturers to resolve warranty issues efficiently. Maintain accurate records of warranty transactions and service operations. Ensure all warranty documentation is complete, accurate, and submitted within specified timelines. Follow up with manufacturers or suppliers on warranty claims and spare parts requisitions. Coordinate with service departments to schedule repairs and maintenance as required. Responsible for a high volume of telephone communication, including conducting outbound calls on a daily basis. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and support. Analyze warranty claims for trends and inform management of findings for potential product improvements. Assist in the preparation of reports on service and warranty activities as requested.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in administration, business, or a related field is a plus. Proven experience in a similar administrative or customer service role, preferably within the automotive industry. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office Suite and database management tools. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.
