Job Description

Job Description Manage a high volume of inbound calls in a timely and efficient manner while consistently delivering exceptional customer service. Assist customers with scheduling appointments for airbag recalls and provide accurate dealership information. Handle approximately 30-40 inbound calls per shift, addressing inquiries related to recalls, warranties, and troubleshooting issues such as malfunctioning radio codes. Identify and document customer concerns thoroughly to create detailed and accurate cases. Provide clear and precise information, resolve cases whenever possible, or escalate to the appropriate department for further assistance. Collaborate effectively with team members to exchange feedback and support continuous growth and improvement. Manage high-volume inbound settlement calls, ensuring customer satisfaction and prompt resolution of concerns. Deliver detailed claim information and customer support while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism. Demonstrate strong technical proficiency in utilizing call center systems and tools to manage interactions and customer data. Consistently meet or exceed key performance metrics, including average handle time, customer satisfaction scores, and claim resolution rates. Efficiently navigate multiple systems, screens, and software platforms to support customer needs.
Schedule Requirement:
Candidates must be available to work Monday through Friday between 6:00 AM and 5:00 PM, with shifts scheduled within this timeframe. Required Skills Call center experience Strong customer service skills Proficiency in computer navigation Ability to handle outbound communications Qualifications Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment Minimum typing speed of 35 words per minute Strong computer skills, including the ability to navigate multiple screens, applications, and systems simultaneously Previous customer service experience required Preferred Qualifications College degree preferred; equivalent work experience will be considered Strong decision-making skills with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision Automotive or dealership experience is a strong advantage but not required Experience Level Intermediate Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chino, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
