Customer Service Representative HR Direct Services Chino, CA Job Details Full-time $22 - $24 an hour 8 hours ago Qualifications Spanish Managing customer accounts English Managing clients in a customer support role Attention to detail Full Job Description We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team in Chino, CA. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, and is committed to providing exceptional customer support.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email Process orders, update customer information, and maintain accurate records Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of customer requests Manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy Provide professional and friendly customer service at all times Utilize ERP, CRM, Excel, and Microsoft Office applications to support daily operations
Qualifications:
