Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and sales support via phone, email, and online chat
  • Receive and answer customer inquiries and concerns, including requests for quotes, services, rates, billing, issue resolution, and general information.
  • Liaise with individuals in other departments (e.g. Warehouse, Shipping, and Accounting) as necessary to better serve customers;
  • Accurate data entry
  • Help process, print orders/labels/BOLS for shipments
  • Follow up with accounts for past due invoices
  • Processing requests for inbound/outbound services
  • Establishing and maintaining customer's files
  • Additional duties assigned by Manager Required competencies:
  • Have excellent listening and communication skills
  • Experience in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years in customer service, help desk or call center experience.
  • Type 50+ words per minute
  • Have the ability to clearly speak and be understood on the phone
  • Demonstrate the ability to multi-task skills to enter accurate data and type while speaking with customers
  • Remain calm and able to work under pressure when busy and help other team members
  • Self-manage daily tasks and workload
  • Show a high level of personal organizational skills
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive customer relationships.
  • Coordinate effort with warehouse and accounting departments.
  • Must speak fluently in Mandarin Chinese and must know how to read and write in Chinese.
