Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a Staffing Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support daily operations within a staffing agency environment. This role serves as a key point of contact for associates and internal teams, providing support with inquiries related to assignments, timekeeping, attendance, and general employment questions.
  • Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (hours may change)
  • Pay rate $20-22/hr
Location:
City of Industry Key Responsibilities Answer incoming calls and messages from associates and clients Assist associates with assignment information, schedules, and dispatch details Support timekeeping inquiries, including missed punches and corrections Document interactions accurately in the system Escalate payroll, attendance, or performance issues as needed Maintain professional and timely communication Support recruiting and onboarding teams as needed Qualifications Previous customer service experience required (staffing or call center preferred) Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills and experience using multiple systems Strong attendance and reliability Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Pay:
$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
