Role Description The Insurance Service Agent/Admin is a full-time on-site role based in Claremont, CA. We are looking for a motivated and responsible Insurance Service/Admin to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with insurance experience who enjoys working with clients and helping the agency grow.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with new business quoting by gathering client information, completing discovery calls, and preparing accurate quote submissions. Manage inbound calls, texts, and emails, ensuring prompt, professional communication with prospects and clients. Pre-load and maintain client data within the CRM to support efficient sales and service workflows. Provide day-to-day service support for existing policies, including basic policy changes, document requests, and follow-ups. Coordinate with carriers and internal team members to ensure a smooth client experience from initial inquiry through policy completion. Qualifications Prior Insurance experience preferred. Prior Real Estate is preferred. California Insurance License preferred (or willingness to obtain). Strong communication and organizational skills. Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
Pay Details:
$20.00 per hour (approximately $41,600 annually based on full-time hours). Full-time, in-office position with stable weekly hours. Overtime opportunities may be available based on workload and business needs.
