Job Description

The Company NetLaw is a tech-enabled estate planning platform serving wealth management firms through an MSO structure. We power the estate planning services of an affiliated law firm, Hargrove Firm, with attorneys across 50 states delivering defensible estate plans for the $1-50M wealth segment. We've grown 210% in 2025, backed by institutional capital, with multiple top 10 wealth management firms who we count as partners. The Role The Client Support Coordinator provides operational and administrative support to the Client Success Managers and legal team throughout the estate planning process. This role focuses on scheduling, document coordination, data entry, and internal communication to help ensure client matters move efficiently and accurately. Key Responsibilities Schedule meetings and coordinate calendars for clients, advisors, attorneys, and internal teams Support Client Success Managers with administrative and follow-up tasks Prepare, organize, and track client documents and internal records Maintain accurate information in internal systems and databases Assist with email coordination, appointment confirmations, and status updates Monitor workflows and help ensure tasks and deadlines are completed on time Coordinate internally with legal and operations teams to support smooth case progression Provide general administrative support as needed What Success Looks Like Scheduling and administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time Client files and records remain organized and up to date Internal teams receive timely support and communication Estate planning matters progress smoothly with minimal delays Strong attention to detail and reliable execution across daily tasks What You Bring 1-2 years of administrative, office support, or coordinator experience preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Clear written and verbal communication Attention to detail and ability to follow processes carefully Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Zoom, Slack and scheduling/software tools Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment What You'll Get Full-time employment 401(k) with competitive matching Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance Paid Time Off Supportive team environment with growth opportunities NetLaw Management Services Organization, Inc is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
