Job Description

Now Hiring Customer Service Rep in Rialto. Provides courteous and efficient customer service and answers more complex or difficult customer inquiries. Provides a variety of administrative support to assigned group.

Pay Range:
$26.00 What's the Job? Answers telephone calls and/or email regarding service in English & Spanish, operation or maintenance. Accurately processes customer in-person and electronic file payments using the Customer Information System Researches and answers
  • customer inquiries.
Process customer requests for service or start/stop service. Performs clerical and administrative duties as required Processes customer complaints and forwards to proper department to properly address concerns What's Needed? High school diploma or GED plus additional specialized courses or associate's degree in a related field. At least one or more years internal or directly related experience with knowledge of departmental functions, policies, procedures, terminology and interrelationships.
