Responsibilities include:

• Inputting customer orders into our internal software system.
• Routing packages for various carriers (UPS, FedEx, Gofo Express, Ciro, etc.).
• Managing inventory and providing support to outside sales representatives.
• Assisting customers with orders over the phone.
• Coordinating with our China office and assisting with daily e-commerce label printing.
• Routing orders with LTL carriers.
• Attending trade shows, primarily in Long Beach, CA and Las Vegas, NV.

Requirements:

• A minimum of three years of experience, preferably within the wholesale apparel industry.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
• A typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
• Professional communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This is an in-house position, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. We offer starting compensation of $18
• 20 per hour, with weekends off and paid major holidays.
