We're looking for a friendly, detail-oriented E-commerce Customer Experience Representative to support our Bake at Home guests through phone, email, and chat. What You'll Do Support guests through phone, email, chat, and digital communication channels Assist with orders, shipping questions, refunds, replacements, and product inquiries Resolve escalated guest concerns with professionalism and care Process order edits and collaborate with internal teams for updates Monitor and respond to guest reviews and online feedback Support corporate and gifting orders Maintain accurate records and daily reporting Assist with additional projects, responsibilities, and other duties as assigned to support business and guest experience needs What We're Looking For Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Friendly, outgoing, and guest-focused personality Comfortable using multiple computer systems and digital platforms Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends Experience with platforms such as Shopify, Gorgias, Slack, ShipStation, or similar systems is preferred Why Join Us?
